Topics
  1. ​Database Design (creating an online database using airtable.com)​​ This includes learning about records, fields, and data types. Also learning how to use Airtable and to plan an effective database. The linking of fields to avoid duplication of data entry is important.
  2. Minecraft Modding (modifying a Minecraft world by creating computer programs using Microsoft MakeCode)
  3. Photoshop (image manipulation)
  4. Spreadsheets (using Google Sheets to do simple, and advanced calculations. Also writing JavaScript functions)
Other skills learnt: ​
  1. Computer Science (data types, programming concepts, file formats, image representation, networks)
  2. Keyboarding (practice and theory in touch typing)

Learning Strategies Used

  4. Literacy Strategies including the reading, writing and presenting strategies.

LINC-ED LEARNING STORY​

Before you start your Linc-Ed Learning Story you should have shared your DRAFT with your learning leader. The LL should have checked the story and approved its content and quality of spelling and grammar.
Note:
  1. Use your draft as a basis for writing your learning story
  2. Upload to your learning story a piece of evidence from each of the topics in your course
